He started playing the piano as a child and wrote his first songs while in high school. Jonas discovered his musical role models through his parent\u2019s record collection, especially the Elton John albums, who became a major influence. He has also been influenced by many other artists such as Stevie Wonder, Phil Collins, Sting, Ray Charles, and Benny Andersson.<\/p>\n<p>Jonas attended the Stockholm Music Conservatory and that is where he started his singing career. He played in cover bands with many other musicians and decided to study to be a voice teacher at the Stockholm Music Education Institute.<br \/>\nDuring this period, and the following years, Jonas worked with Swedish artists such as Molly Sand\u00e9n, Jennifer Brown, Sonja Ald\u00e9n, Magnus Carlsson, Janne Schaffer, Linda Bengtzing, Anna Bergendahl, Victor Nor\u00e9n, Gladys del Pilar and many others.<\/p>\n<p>On Jonas debut album \u201dAlways another day\u201d (2015), he collaborated with songwriter Brian Hobbs.<br \/>\n\u201dALWAYS ANOTHER DAY is one of the most honest and appealing debuts I&#8217;ve heard in this genre for a long, long time.\u201d (Inside MusiCast review).<br \/>\n2018 he released the duet \u201cHolding on to letting go\u201d with Swedish artist Anna Christofferson.<br \/>\nWhen Brian Hobbs tragically passed away in 2018 Jonas started a collaboration with lyricist Pelle Arhio.
